Itchy Spot - Denman Island Deer

The deer on Denman Island are so Tiny.... This past autumn 2012 I spent a lot of time observing them and sketching them. Since they have no predators, they are very quiet and trusting, and I can get really close to get a much better understanding of their life and habits.

I just love deer, and hopefully you enjoy these little paintings of the Deer who live in our yard and forest at Denman Island.
