Diving In

Denman Island is the perfect place to stucy Bald Eagles. They nest on the Island and are constant visitors to our rainforest. Every spring during the Herring Run, hundreds of Eagles and other Birds come to Denman and Hornby Islands to eat Fish and Herring Roe... it is amazing to see so many Eagles, on rocks, in trees, flying everywhere along the ocean.

There is something amazing about witnessing such a powerful eagle, diving into the waves after a fish.
