This is a portrait of FV Silver Sage, from the Fairview Arabian Stud, Okanagan Falls, BC.
Sage is one of my absolute favourite Arabians to paint, to me he embodies so much of what a good horse is, he is gentle, and yet so magnificent and proud in the way he carries himself... he is friendly, and confident, a real beauty inside and out.
